Common questions
When does custom software make sense?
When a process is central to your business, repeats often and doesn't fit an existing product without awkward workarounds. If a good off-the-shelf tool already exists, we'll tell you, because it's usually cheaper.
Can you connect our existing tools?
Usually, yes. Most modern tools have APIs, and we can connect them so data moves between them automatically. We check what each tool allows before promising anything.
What is an MCP server?
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT use outside tools and data. An MCP server for your business lets an assistant look up orders, read documents or create records, but only within the access you allow.
Is our data safe with an AI agent?
We design agents to see only the data they need, keep a log of what they do, and ask a person to confirm before anything sensitive happens. We'll also tell you which AI provider processes the data and where.
Who looks after the software once it's built?
We can, through ongoing support, or your own team can take it over. Either way you get the code, the documentation and the accounts.
